Wasn't expecting the labels to be so confusing
So, I started the training and onboarding expecting things to be simple but honestly, the wording and labels used really threw me off quite a bit. Instead of guiding me smoothly, it felt like I was guessing what some terms meant or what the next step was supposed to be. Some parts made sense, like the basic overview videos, they were fine at least. But when it came to setting up the database or learning the calling tool, the labels just weren't clear to me. I mean, some terms they used felt too technical without explanation. The onboarding flow seemed rushed, not explaining why certain steps had to be done in a particular order. I found myself having to rewatch bits hoping to get clarity but still ended up confused. Honestly, I wished they would use simpler or more common words. The experience made me question if I would be able to use the software as intended without mistakes. It was frustrating because I had thought it would be easier to grasp right away, but the confusing labels slowed me down a lot during those first days.
