was thinking it’d be harder, came out okay
I was a bit unsure at first about how confident I'd feel signing up with wfhi given the mixed info floating around, but honestly the process turned out smooth overall. Their software access was straightforward, and the dialer integrated nicely without too much hassle. The payment and invoicing system was clean and easy to navigate—exactly what I'd hoped for. Although I expected more guidance during onboarding, the training materials were decently laid out and gave a fair idea of what to expect going forward. The only slight downside was that sometimes the support replies seemed slow or a bit generic, which dampened my overall confidence just a little. When comparing what I expected versus what I got, the experience aligns well but doesn’t exceed. So if you want something that works without too many surprises, wfhi is worth considering. I’ll keep using it and see if deeper functionality opens up as I get more used to it.
