Was surprised by the order of support steps
When I first reached out for help, I expected the support process would follow a usual order: initial diagnosis, some troubleshooting steps, and then escalation if needed. However, what surprised me was that sometimes the support team jumped to advanced solutions before confirming if simpler fixes had been tried. For example, during a call about the calling tools not working smoothly, they started discussing database configurations right away, which felt a bit out of order to me. On the bright side, the support was quite friendly and explained their reasoning, so I wasn’t left confused. The telephonic support itself was accessible and moving through steps did sometimes solve the issue but sometimes felt a little erratic. As for the training and onboarding, that was far more structured and helped me get a reasonable grip on the system before I even needed support. So overall, the experience was mixed—the parts before support were consistent but the support route was occasionally surprising in how it unfolded.
