Was surprised by the database step coming so early
At first, I thought the onboarding process would follow a pretty standard approach: start simple, then gradually move to more complex stuff. But surprisingly, the steps jumped into setting up and using the database feature pretty early on. It was a bit unexpected because I was still wrapping my head around the calling tools and dialer, which felt like the core of the workflow. The training sequence felt a bit scattered at times; I found myself wanting more clarity on some tools before I was asked to work with others. The automatic updates rolled out fairly seamlessly, which was nice, and the telephonic support was always ready to answer my questions, even if I sometimes repeated myself. Looking back, I realize the early introduction to database helped me understand how data and calling tools relate, but it did throw off my initial sense of progression. Overall, the onboarding made sense, just not in the order I’d anticipated, and that caught me off guard.
