Usually when signing up for software and training like this I worry it’s going to be a mess but here the sign-up process was really smooth and they walked me through everything without much fuss. The billing and payment options were pretty clear and I liked that I could see exactly what I was paying for before I confirmed. Also the training materials are straightforward and easy to follow which helped a lot once I started. I thought I’d have to spend ages on the phone with support but I barely needed to. Overall it was much easier and more transparent than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Definitely made me more confident about using the tools as intended and I appreciate the clarity they provided at every step.
