Was not exactly what I thought, but okay in the end
When I first heard about WFHI software, I expected the sales description to fully match the product experience, but there was a unique moment where things didn’t line up as I thought. Especially during the demo calls, I remember noticing that some features on the dashboard seemed more limited than what I had imagined from the sales info. That was a bit disappointing because I was ready for the promised smooth calling tools and database management. On the other hand, the invoicing and payment steps were simpler to handle and worked pretty much as I imagined, which was a relief. Beyond that, the onboarding process was a bit vague and I mostly figured things out on my own. The training was helpful but didn’t cover some of the finer points I expected. Support did respond when I needed help, but it wasn’t proactive in reaching out to guide me after purchase. So, summing it up, I’d say the software is decent enough but slightly different from what the sales pitch led me to believe. It’s workable if you’re ready to explore and adapt.
