Wanted smooth daily use, got mixed results
I purchased the WFHI software with some expectations of how it would behave during my normal daily usage over the weeks, and the reality was a bit mixed. The sign-up process was simple and invoicing clear, so initially I thought the software experience would match that smooth start. During daily calls, I found the dialer feature mostly reliable, but occasionally it lagged or froze, especially when handling larger contact lists from the database. It seemed the automatic updates sometimes created incompatibility issues that slowed down the interface for short periods. Although the telephonic support was helpful when these problems arose, I wished the issues occurred less frequently. The onboarding flow prepared me reasonably well to use the database and calling tools, but with real daily use, there were moments where I had to troubleshoot or work around quirks, which was frustrating. Still, the software did the core tasks reasonably well and didn’t disappoint completely. So, while it met my expectations in some ways, the day-to-day experience had occasional hitches that prevented it from being perfect.
