Waiting was part of the process
The billing and payments process has its ups and downs. While I appreciated the clarity of the initial setup, I found the repeated requests for information a bit tedious. It took longer than I expected to get everything sorted out, with some waiting involved that left me a bit unsure about the whole experience. Overall, things did work out in the end, but I expected a bit smoother operation.
