Waiting was okay, but the repetitive steps caught my attention
When I signed up with WFHI software, I expected the onboarding process to be relatively quick and maybe a bit repetitive because I had tried other remote workflow platforms before. The initial sign-up was straightforward, and I appreciated how the software updated automatically without me needing to do anything extra. However, I found myself waiting at several steps during training sessions, especially when setting up the calling tools and dialing features. The database integration worked smoothly but needed constant manual adjustments which slowed down my workflow. Compared to my past experiences, I thought the repeated confirmations could be reduced, and I hoped for less idle time between automated updates and telephonic support callbacks. Still, the telephonic support was patient and helpful, but the pacing sometimes dragged. Overall, the experience balanced out because while some parts felt slow and repetitive, others like the database syncing and payment processes were well-structured and efficient enough to keep me engaged. So, this software has room to improve in cutting down waiting times but has solid features otherwise.
