Waiting was okay, but repetition got tiring
The process of getting everything sorted out with WFHI software was a mix of both useful and frustrating moments. The sign-up and invoicing worked fine without much hassle, and the telephonic support was polite and able to clarify my doubts quickly. However, training involved a fair amount of repetition, which sometimes felt too much because I had to sit through the same instructions multiple times before everything clicked for me. This repetitive aspect slowed down my progress and tested my patience at times. On the other hand, waiting for some updates and responses was acceptable because it ensured that the system was up-to-date and working properly. So, I would say the experience balanced out: good support and smooth invoicing countered by a somewhat slow training flow that included too much repeating of basics.
