Waiting was bearable but repetition wore me down
When I started the sign-up process, I thought it would be straightforward but waiting in the queue took longer than I expected. The telephonic support had me on hold for stretches that felt unnecessary, and there was quite a bit of repetition on the call as I had to explain my issue multiple times. That said, I must admit the actual invoice and payment process was smooth enough – I received everything on time and with clear instructions. However, the delay and need to repeat myself during initial communications did reduce my overall enthusiasm. The software itself seemed promising from what I could access in the trial phase; however, the pacing of the onboarding felt slow, and I was left wondering when actual productive steps would begin. I recognize patience is part of onboarding experiences generally, but here it felt disproportionately prolonged. My takeaway is that if the wait had been shorter and the repetition lessened, it might have created better first impressions. Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite my experience, even though I can see potential.
