Waiting times for support were frustrating
The support communication was not as straightforward as I had hoped. I often found myself having to figure things out on my own because the responses were delayed or sometimes insufficiently detailed. On the rare occasions when I got through to the telephonic support team, they were polite but not always equipped to solve the more technical questions I had about the database feature or software updates. This meant considerable waiting and back-and-forth on my part. The sign-up and invoicing process was at least clear and easy to follow, with no surprises there. However, the support gap was the biggest letdown since using the software often depends on having help readily available. I won’t say it was terrible, but I expected a smoother and more proactive communication experience considering the complexity of running remote workflows using this kind of platform.
