Waiting time was the only repeated pain in pre-purchase
I must say that the sales process involved a bit more waiting than I initially expected. I called to ask about how the training sessions would be conducted and what kind of support would come after purchase. Each time I reached out, there was a delay before someone picked up or got back to me. It wasn’t like they ignored me, but I definitely had to wait and follow up multiple times, which was a bit frustrating. On the other hand, when communication did happen, the answers were consistent and clear. I also noticed the signup and invoicing process didn’t require repeating any details, which was nice since that can sometimes cause annoying mix-ups. Overall, the only real downside was the waiting times here and there — apart from that, everything else seemed to flow fine. The training steps were laid out reasonably and the software updates happened automatically, so no manual intervention was needed from my side. Now that I think about it, the waiting was the main hassle but the way they managed invoicing without repeating info was definitely a plus point I appreciated.
