Waiting stretched out onboarding, but training repeated key points well
During the onboarding sessions, I noticed the training involved quite a bit of waiting between steps, which made progressing through the software setup slower than I anticipated. The recorded modules repeated several fundamental points about the database and calling tools, which was helpful for reinforcing understanding but sometimes felt redundant if you grasped the concept quickly. The dialer and calling features worked consistently during my test runs, though I had to pause occasionally while waiting for support responses about configuration details. The invoicing process was clear and straightforward, which made that part of the workflow easy to manage. Automatic updates arrived seamlessly and did not interrupt work. In sum, the training balanced repetitive explanation with some unavoidable waits, whereas the software components themselves operated reliably once set up. This made for a steady but sometimes slow start to gaining proficiency with the platform.
