Waiting for calls was frustrating but app access was fine
I want to share my thoughts after using WFHI software and tools for a while. The first annoying part was definitely the calling tools. There was a lot of waiting involved to get connected to the dialer, and sometimes the system just wouldn't respond, which made me wonder if it was a technical glitch or something else. That repetition and delay really slowed down my workflow, and honestly it tested my patience more than I expected it to. On the positive side, accessing the software itself was pretty smooth. Signing in each day worked without hitches, and I liked that the automatic updates happened without interrupting my work. The database feature also seemed fine—it didn’t cause any problems and fitted decently into what I was trying to do daily. Payment and invoicing were fairly straightforward, no complaints there. But that waiting for call setup was definitely a downside. I found myself frustrated multiple times, wishing the connection would be quicker or the system more reliable. So, in my opinion, while the overall software access and background features were generally okay, the main thing that went badly was the excessive delay and repetition involved in the calling process. Hopefully, they improve that soon.
