waiting aur repeat calls kaafi lage, not sure of trying again

Jab sign-up ke liye call kiya tha, baar-baar wohi questions dobara poochhe gaye, matlab thoda frustrating tha. Kabhi kabhi toh mujhe lagta tha ki wo process aur straightforward ho sakta tha, par usmein time zyada laga. Jo training aur software ke baare mein basic info mila, wo theek tha, par sales ke experience ne mujhe thoda hesitant kar diya hai future mein fir se purchase karne ko lekar. Agar aapko jaldi result chahiye ya efficient communication, toh ho sakta hai aapko yeh pasand na aaye. Main itna toh kah sakta hoon ki customer support maintain karna zaroori hai, varna woh process aur bhi tedious lagta hai. I’m still not sure whether I'll go for their product again given this.
