Waiting at some points stood out the most
Using WFHI software, I noticed most processes moved along steadily without excessive waiting or repetition. Accessing the database and dialing tools felt straightforward, and the automatic updates usually ran in the background without disruption. What stood out was the time spent waiting during telephonic support callbacks. There were occasions I had to hold or wait for the next available representative, which slowed down resolving smaller issues. Apart from that, the onboarding flow carried on without much redundancy or repeated steps. The invoicing and payment system worked efficiently with no delays from my side. While the wait for support was sometimes inconvenient, the overall experience was smooth, and the pace of learning the tools was reasonable. It would improve if call-back times shortened but otherwise the system is well designed for the intended workflow.
