Waiting around that didn't all feel necessary
Reflecting back on my experience before purchasing from WFHI, one thing stood out clearly: the waiting period during initial inquiries. I found that there was a noticeable amount of repetition in the information exchange—while I understood the need for clarity, it sometimes felt like I was going over the same points multiple times without seeing much progress. The pre-purchase communication loop involved several calls where I clarified software features and billing details, which could have been shortened. Additionally, the time between initial sign-up and the full activation of software access was longer than I initially hoped. That said, once the setup was complete, the software itself and the subsequent support were efficient and reliable. So, in short, while the sales process had unnecessary pauses and some repeated information that made the waiting feel longer, the actual product and onboarding afterwards did not disappoint. That delay is the one specific aspect that I think could be improved for smoother customer experience ahead of making a purchase.
