Waiting and repetition spoiled onboarding flow
I was thinking the training would be more to the point, but overall I found it quite repetitive and full of waiting around. Each session seemed to cover very similar content without really advancing my understanding significantly. I kept getting stuck waiting for the team to be available to help or for the next call to start, which disrupted my schedule. Though the support staff were friendly, this timing issue made me unsure if the whole setup was being handled efficiently. The one thing that worked well was that the software updates automatically, so I was relieved not to have to keep track of manual installations during this downtime. Still, the waiting times made me lose some motivation midway because I wasn’t progressing as quickly as I wanted. I guess the training could be better organized to minimize repeated information and idle time. So while there was no outright failure, the experience overall felt slower and less efficient than I expected, which was disappointing considering the effort and money involved.
