Waiting and repeats, or just part of working with sales?
Looking back on my interactions with the sales team for WFHI, it was an interesting mix of patience and occasional frustration. They were generally friendly but sometimes required multiple nudges before I got clear answers, which felt like a bit of unnecessary waiting. The repetition in explanations could either be seen as thorough or just a little inefficient, depending on your own tolerance. On the plus side, when things clicked, the explanations were good and the signup process was rather straightforward. The dialer and call tools were easy enough to explore once I got access, and the automatic updates did keep the software fresh without much interruption. But the waiting in the initial phases was the main drag, and I found myself wondering if all the repetition was just part of the process or a sign of slow communication. If I was telling a friend, I’d say it’s a bit of a mixed bag — something worked well, something didn’t, and overall it’s okay if you’re patient enough.
