Waiting and repeating felt longer than the information given
I went into the sales process knowing there might be back-and-forth, but I still found the amount of waiting and repetition somewhat frustrating. Every time I asked for clarifications, it sometimes took longer than I expected to get a response, which slowed down my decision-making. The sales reps explained the product features several times, yet some of the information felt like it was repeated without adding new details. What was missing for me was a more streamlined overview or a clear summary that highlighted key differentiators without repeating the same stuff. I did get enough answers eventually, but I wished the conversations had been more concise and less drawn out. Waiting without progress was the main issue, not the content itself. If I were to engage again, I’d hope for a more efficient pre-purchase process that respects the time of potential customers and focuses on clear, direct answers. The product itself still looks useful, but the sales felt unnecessarily long.
