Waited too long to decide on purchase
I initially thought the sign-up process would be quick and simple, but it turned into quite a frustrating ordeal. After expressing interest and attempting to get more details, it felt like communication dragged on longer than I had expected. The information about the software capabilities and training was a bit vague at first, making me unsure if this product was what I needed. When issues and questions came up during pre-purchase inquiries, responses were slow, which left me doubting whether the software would actually work as they claimed. I kept wondering if I was missing something on my end or if the problem was with their system. The whole thing took more time than anticipated, and by the time I got a clearer picture, I was tired of waiting. I ended up not proceeding because of these delays and the uncertainty created by the unclear initial communication. It really made me think hard about whether this was the right choice or not. The lack of smooth handling in the early stages definitely put me off from moving forward confidently. Overall, it felt like the sales and onboarding process could use much better efficiency and clarity to help customers decide without wasting so much time.
