Wait Time Was Noticeable but Support Was Fairly Helpful
I didn’t find the telephonic support to be immediately responsive. The waiting period on calls was noticeable, and I had to repeat some information a few times, which added to the time taken. However, I don’t want to overstate this because the representatives did seem knowledgeable and willing to assist once on the call. Perhaps because of some internal processes, the connection didn’t feel as smooth as I might have hoped. While I was a bit frustrated initially by the delays, the overall guidance eventually helped me move forward. It just took a bit longer than expected. I appreciate that they didn’t hang up abruptly or rush me through solutions. So, in balance, the wait was the biggest downside in an otherwise decent support experience.
