Very helpful training and onboarding
I spent some time working through the training and onboarding resources provided by WFHI, and I found it fairly easy to locate the information I needed, although at times I was unsure if I was missing something. The software’s dashboard layout is intuitive, so finding how to use the calling tools and managing the database was straightforward. The instructions were mostly clear, which helped me grasp the basics quickly. However, I did wonder if there was more advanced guidance elsewhere that I might not have seen. Despite this uncertainty, I didn’t have to seek additional help on most aspects. The automatic updates also ran without much interference, which was convenient. Payment and sign-up processes had no glitches and seemed well organized. Overall, my impression is positive because the experience allowed me to work independently while still having support available if needed. In conclusion, I’d say the training is effective for accessible learning even if a bit more guidance could enhance confidence further.
