Very helpful, but could use a bit more clarity
I had a good experience with the sales team; they were responsive and helped to clarify my questions. However, I felt some of the product details could have been more straightforward. I went in thinking I needed a straightforward solution, and while I got great support, I would prefer even clearer options on the website next time. Overall, it worked out pretty well for me though!
