Very confusing and frustrating experience
I was really confused by the way the software labeled everything. I thought I would get clear instructions, but instead, I was constantly trying to figure out what each button did. The support team was not very helpful either. They just kept saying the same things over and over without clarifying anything. It left me feeling frustrated and lost.
