Jab maine pehli baar socha ki lagta hai ye system mere liye kaafi suitable hoga, toh uss time se leke ab tak experience kuch mixed raha hai. Sabse pehle jo issue tha wo tha ki sales aur pre-purchase phase mein information itni clearly available nahi thi jitna main expect kar rahi thi. Database aur dialer ke bare mein jaankari lene mein thodi mushkil hui aur training details bhi thodi confusing thi. Payment aur invoice clear thi, is point pe koi problem nahi aayi. Lekin overall, jab main apni expectations se compare karti hu, toh thoda struggle hua access aur setup field mein. Shayad wo log jo naye hain ya jinko working workflow banana hai, unke liye ye process thoda tough ho sakta hai. Toh sach kahun toh, as a total package mujhe lagta hai ki kaafi improvement ki zarurat hai.
