Verdict: effective training with minor shortcomings
Reflecting now on the training and onboarding experience with the WFHI software, I find it substantially better than what I used before. The structured approach they took helped me grasp the remote workflow concepts rather quickly. The onboarding flow felt smoother this time, and the step-by-step guides were clearer than in some earlier platforms. However, I did notice certain elements were a bit too technical for beginners, unlike previous trainings I attended that had more layman explanations. The calling tools and dialer features integrated well, though the pace of introducing these tools could have been gentler to avoid confusion. Throughout the first few weeks, I appreciated the automatic updates that kept the software current without disruptions, which I hadn’t experienced before with other platforms. Overall, the software’s database feature matched my workflow needs reliably, although more interactive examples during training would have enhanced understanding. The telephonic support was decent but not outstanding; it fulfilled basic queries but wasn’t very proactive. Still, the overall onboarding left me confident and ready to use the system efficiently.
