Usually good day to day though some quirks show up

Overall, my day-to-day use of the training and onboarding tools within WFHI has been quite positive, though not without minor hiccups. Initially, the setup did require some focused effort, but after that, the system mostly behaved reliably. The calling tools, especially the dialer, worked well throughout the week and rarely caused issues during routine use. However, a few times I noticed the database did not refresh immediately following updates, which required manual intervention. This inconsistency wasn't a major problem but did interrupt the workflow in a subtle way. The automatic updates generally helped keep everything current without me having to monitor constantly, which I appreciated as it reduced ongoing maintenance. Support was available and responsive on occasion, but since most daily tasks proceed smoothly, I haven't needed to reach out often. In balancing pros and cons, I'd say I feel fairly confident with the software, while recognizing that the occasional need for manual adjustments might remind users to stay engaged rather than relying on total automation. Day-to-day, the experience is mostly positive but not entirely hands-off or flawless, so some tolerance for these quirks is necessary.
