Using this training felt fresh but missed some basics
Honestly, switching to WFHI’s training was a pretty refreshing change from what I’d used before. The step-by-step onboarding felt a bit more organized and the pace was comfortable, which I appreciated because it didn’t overwhelm me. However, even after going through it, I felt a few basic concepts about the database feature weren’t emphasized as much as I expected; maybe because in my previous tools, those were drilled into the curriculum. Also, the way they handled minor glitches during training was less hands-on than I hoped, unlike some other platforms I tried where troubleshooting was part of the session. Still, the casual chats in the support calls made it easier to reach out and clarify things, which felt friendlier than the rigid webinars I’m used to. So overall, I liked the vibe and structure, but a bit more foundation-level focus would make it even better.
