Useful training but sales info left me guessing
I found the training sessions to be helpful enough for the software itself; I was able to get a handle on most features quite quickly. However, before signing up, I felt I had to figure out a lot of the product details on my own. For instance, there was one particular moment when I was reading through the sales descriptions online and found some terms that weren’t explained clearly. That made me uncertain if certain features were included or required an extra purchase. While I managed to clarify some of these after signing up, it would have been better to have that info upfront. The onboarding was decent but lacked proactive guidance about how to best use the calling tools alongside the database. So a lot of trial and error happened without much direct support until I reached out myself. This aspect of the sales and pre-purchase phase could definitely improve by providing clearer, more thorough explanations early on. On the other hand, the payment and invoicing process was straightforward, which at least felt like a relief. Still, the lack of clarity before buying created frustration and slowed down my confidence in the product initially. I would say the software itself works fine for remote workflow, but the path leading up to purchase needs more clarity so users don’t have to guess what they’re getting into.
