The pre-purchase steps felt generally sensible and laid out in a logical order, which made me comfortable throughout the buying process. Signing up was clear and the invoicing system worked smoothly without surprises, which I appreciated. However, I did feel that some extra detail about what training modules would cover could have been provided earlier to set expectations better. It would help if the overview explained more precisely how the software integrates with calling and database features before purchase. That said, none of this stopped me from going ahead since once I started, everything else did deliver effectively. The communication before purchasing made the whole process manageable and practical for me, even though I had to seek answers by contacting support a couple of times. The whole flow was well structured but could benefit from more upfront information so potential users know exactly what they’re getting into.
