Useful only if you have patience with confusing terms

I found the billing and payment section of the software quite confusing to navigate. The labels and wording used across the dashboard and invoice pages didn't seem intuitive for someone trying to quickly understand their payment status or upcoming charges. For example, terms on the payment summary were not consistent with common billing language I am used to, which made it harder to reconcile what I owed versus what had been billed already. If you come from a simple invoice background or want something straightforward, this might not suit you properly. On the other hand, if you expect to spend extra time figuring out internal labels and retracing steps during sign-up or payment processing, you may find ways to work around it. There was no clear explanation of terms during the onboarding flow about how these labels translate into actual payment obligations. I was left frustrated and felt that the system design did not prioritize clarity in how they described bills and payment processes.
