Useful Onboarding But Might Not Suit Everyone
By the end of the training and onboarding, I felt reasonably confident in using the software, although I wouldn't say exceptionally prepared. The sessions covered most essential features, and the instructions were clear, which helped reduce the initial apprehension I had about managing remote workflows. However, the pace might be a little fast for beginners or those less familiar with technology due to some advanced features being briefly touched upon without in-depth explanations. I think this makes it more suitable for users who already have some experience with similar tools or who are comfortable experimenting independently. The training provided a solid foundation, but a few areas, like detailed database management or troubleshooting the dialer, felt a bit rushed, leaving me to figure out specifics on my own later. Overall, I appreciated the structured onboarding approach, and it worked well enough for getting started quickly, but for someone looking for step-by-step handholding, it might not be ideal. I would recommend this mostly to those who can pick up software skills relatively easily or who have some previous background, while others may want additional supplemental guidance elsewhere.
