Useful if you prefer straightforward support but not the best for complex needs
Based on my experience, the support and communication are well suited for users who want timely answers to clear, specific questions. When I contacted them, I received prompt and mostly helpful responses that helped me complete my training modules and resolve billing inquiries. However, if you expect deeper assistance that might involve more discussion or follow-up, this setup might be less ideal. I don’t anticipate needing much additional help soon, but if I do require it, I imagine I might find the support a bit limited or perhaps lean towards a more scripted interaction. That said, the whole process was unobtrusive and well managed, which is positive in itself. I would say the service is more suited to those comfortable navigating with some independence while having access to straightforward guidance when required, rather than users looking for comprehensive handholding or detailed walkthroughs. So, I can see this working well for many, though it’s not perfect for all.
