Unusual sequencing in sales stages surprised me
I found the sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI confusing at times due to the order of steps followed. The process didn’t appear to follow a logical progression since I encountered training material before finalizing invoicing details, which struck me as inefficient. Additionally, the sign-up procedure felt somewhat rushed without adequate opportunity to review all terms properly. While the actual software overview was informative, the mismatch in sequence made me question the overall organization of the sales funnel. I would have preferred a clear, step-by-step hierarchy clearly presented before moving to subsequent stages.
