Unsatisfactory confidence level after sales and pre-purchase interactions
Despite following the sales and pre-purchase discussions thoroughly, I must report that by the time I completed the onboarding process, my confidence in the product's suitability had not improved as expected. The initial explanations about WFHI's software capabilities and features were somewhat vague, which left me uncertain about whether the tools would integrate well with my existing workflow. Additionally, the invoicing and payment process, although seemingly straightforward, felt rushed with limited opportunity to clarify details beforehand. The training materials provided were generic and did not address specific concerns I had raised during early conversations. Furthermore, the telephonic support, which I anticipated would be a reliable resource, did not instill assurance since responses lacked the clarity required to resolve my doubts effectively. While the automatic updates appear to function regularly, there was little communication about what those changes entailed or how they would affect my usage, contributing further to my uncertainty. Combining these factors, I cannot say that I ended the process feeling confident that the WFHI software would fulfill my expectations or needs satisfactorily. Therefore, overall, my verdict regarding the sales and pre-purchase experience is that it did not meet the level of trustworthiness or support I had hoped for, which is disappointing given the investment involved in adopting such a platform.
