Unordered steps made onboarding disorganized and inefficient
The onboarding and training steps provided by WFHI did not follow a well-organized sequence, resulting in a disorganized experience. It felt as though the instructions lacked logical progression, which caused confusion regarding the order in which I was supposed to set up various components like the database and calling tools. For instance, I was prompted to configure the dialer before fully understanding the software’s dashboard and navigation. This fragmentation made it difficult to grasp the bigger picture during initial training sessions. Although the training materials themselves contained useful information, the order in which those topics were presented made practical application cumbersome. Furthermore, this lack of structured flow caused me to revisit earlier steps repeatedly, prolonging the overall setup time. A positive aspect was that the telephonic support was polite and willing to help, but it alone could not compensate for the inefficient onboarding sequence. My expectation was for a streamlined process that would gradually build my proficiency; instead, the steps were misplaced and sometimes felt at odds with one another. WFHI should seriously consider revising their training flow to enhance clarity and ensure a coherent pathway for new users. As it stands, the unordered steps have made the onboarding far more frustrating than necessary.
