Unlikely to use again given disordered steps
You really need to rethink your software access sequence because it was quite confusing. First, requiring me to jump between unrelated modules didn't make sense and interrupted the flow unnecessarily. For example, trying to get the calling tools operational was hampered by the fact that automatic updates kicked in before I was fully configured. The training materials came late in the process and should have been introduced earlier. The database feature was also difficult to access efficiently due to this disorder. All of this made the invoicing and payment process feel disconnected from the main onboarding steps. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful but could not fully compensate for the confusing order of tasks. Given these frustrations, I doubt I would choose to go down this path again any time soon, as the initial experience left a negative impression from both a usability and support standpoint.
