Unlikely to opt for this training again
After completing the recent onboarding and training program, I must express my disappointment with the overall assistance. The process was convoluted, and despite multiple attempts, I found myself needing to seek help repeatedly. The instructions provided during training lacked clarity, causing confusion and wasted time. I do not foresee myself using this service in the future unless significant improvements are made to make the training process more intuitive and less dependent on external support. A seamless onboarding experience is crucial for anyone looking to integrate software into their remote workflow efficiently, and sadly, this did not meet that criterion for me. Therefore, I am unlikely to engage with this training service again as it currently stands.
