That said, I noticed that with more complex issues, the resolution wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped, which left me a little unsure if I fully understood all the steps to take next. The communication felt very polite and professional, though, which gave me confidence that they were genuinely trying to assist even if it took some time to get through all the nuances.
