Unexpectedly left to figure out support alone
I was surprised by how little help I got from support when things went wrong. I expected a team to guide me through the issues, but I found myself mostly searching forums and tutorials instead. When I finally reached out to support through calls, the solutions offered were vague or delayed, forcing me to spend extra hours troubleshooting. It felt like everyone assumed I already knew the answers. Even simple questions required extensive back-and-forth, and sometimes I had to try multiple times before getting a fragment of useful info. This lack of proactive support surprised me given the claims about telephonic assistance and priority help. For software dealing with billing and dialing tasks, I thought issues would be resolved faster or more clearly. In the end, I managed to sort out some problems but it was more because I persisted on my own than due to effective communication. This experience was quite frustrating and I did not feel well supported at any stage.
