Unexpectedly frustrating process

Mujhe WFHI se software kharidne ka process kaafi frustrating laga. Pehle toh baar baar mujhe wahi questions repeat karne pade, aur jab main support team se baat kar raha tha, toh kabhi kabhi unka response nahi aata tha. Itni waiting ke baad, mujhe samajh nahi aaya ki merko kya karna hai. Yeh sab dekhke mujhe laga ki yeh experience itna achha nahi tha.
