Unexpected timing issues in sales offering
The WFHI platform was fairly straightforward to sign up for, but the sales process didn't clarify well enough about how the software would cater to my actual working hours. I expected the software to adapt or sync seamlessly, but that wasn’t the case. The calling tools and dialer didn't align well with my workday window — they were either inactive prematurely or started late. The onboarding and training did explain features well, but I found that the scheduling options could have been better suited to different shifts. The database function worked okay, but I was mostly disappointed by how the platform expected standard office hours without much flexibility. Overall, the sales and pre-purchase communication surprised me by not highlighting these timing constraints, which impacted how practical it was for me given my irregular hours and workflow.
