Unexpected setup demands caught me off guard

When I decided to try the WFHI software, I expected some parts of setup to be one-off and others ongoing, but what surprised me was how much initial effort was actually required just to get started. At first, signing up seemed simple, but then the onboarding process became unexpectedly drawn out. Training sessions were scheduled, yet it wasn’t clear which parts required repeated attention and which were one-time orientations. The dialer and calling tools needed a lot of configuration every time I logged in, which wasn’t what I anticipated. Database management had its quirks; syncing data seemed like a one-off task, but in practice, it demanded constant updates that felt tedious. I tried to rely on the automatic update feature to ease things, but that didn’t cover the ongoing adjustments I faced. Telephonic support was available, but it didn’t fully clarify the distinction between one-off setup and ongoing maintenance, leaving me somewhat frustrated. The invoicing process was straightforward enough, but I kept wondering if the time invested in trying to figure out the setup was worth it. It felt like I was stuck in a loop of setup tasks instead of moving forward to productive use. This experience was surprising because I had expected a smoother balance between initial and ongoing work, but instead, I was met mostly with repeated setup steps and little clarity on what the actual ongoing commitment would be in the long run.
