Unexpected pacing in the onboarding steps
When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding modules, I was surprised by the order in which the steps were laid out. The initial setup was clear and intuitive, but moving into the software functions, I noticed the training jumped quickly between concepts which I thought might be better spaced out. For example, the introduction to the dialer tool was followed too closely by the database features, which felt a bit overwhelming initially. On the other hand, the way they circled back to recap essential points midway helped consolidate my learning which was a valuable touch. Overall, despite the somewhat sudden step changes, the process made sense once I adjusted to the flow. I did find that the mix of hands-on exercises and video instructions struck a good balance, making the onboarding practical rather than purely theoretical. It was a little more dense than I expected, but the thoroughness meant I felt better prepared to use the software each day. The onboarding definitely sets the foundation well if you take the time to focus through each phase carefully. I'd say it was more methodical than I initially guessed but ultimately effective.
