Unexpected mismatch with work hours limited usability
I was surprised that the software seemed designed around fixed working hours, which did not match the flexible schedule I maintain. Access restrictions and scheduling features did not align well with my actual working window, which made it frustrating to stay connected throughout the day. The calling tools and dialer occasionally locked out access when I needed to be active, disrupting my intended workflow. Because of these constraints, I could not fully integrate the database features or take advantage of the automatic updates as intended during my available hours. Although sign-up, invoicing, and telephonic support were straightforward enough, the core software's timing mismatch was a critical obstacle. I had hoped for more flexibility to fit my irregular hours, but the setup felt rigid. Unfortunately, this misalignment led to significant frustration and hindered productive use on my part.
