Unexpected inconsistencies in day-to-day follow up
I was curious to see how the sales and pre-purchase phase of WFHI would behave after the initial signup, but some things caught me off guard. Initially, the process was clean and straightforward, and I appreciated that. However, in day-to-day interactions, inconsistencies in communication led to some confusion. Responses were sometimes slow or incomplete, which surprised me considering the positive start. The follow up calls felt less organized than I expected, with repeated explanations necessary. One thing I appreciated was the detailed invoicing system that functioned reliably. Still, the delays in clarifications and scheduling were a drawback. While I do think the team is sincere and trying to help, the coordination could be better overall. I didn't expect this hesitance in execution, given the visible emphasis on training and onboarding. I was hoping for a smoother ongoing dialogue without needing to chase details frequently, but that was not the case fully. This contrast between a hopeful beginning and a somewhat tangled continuation was surprising.
