unexpected hiccups in sales process threw me off
I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I was signing up for before I actually made the purchase. The sales team gave me some overview about the software and the training, which sounded promising. But once I got into it, there were gaps in what I expected versus what was offered. The onboarding wasn't as smooth as I hoped; I had to figure out quite a bit on my own. The calling tools didn’t perform exactly like the demo implied, which was a surprise. At least the support team tried to help, though it was sometimes hard to get clear answers quickly. I appreciated that the automatic updates kept the software relatively current, but the initial setup took longer than anticipated and felt a bit disorganized. The invoicing and payment process was okay—straightforward enough—but the overall experience didn’t feel quite aligned with what I had thought I was getting. I am still undecided about whether I will continue or look elsewhere because I expected fewer complications than what really happened.
