When I started the training and onboarding sessions provided by WFHI, I was quite curious about how the timing would align with my personal work hours. Surprisingly, the modules were scheduled in ways that were mostly convenient for me, fitting well with the irregular hours I usually work. The onboarding flow was smooth and it was clear that they had given thought to flexibility in their training sessions. However, I did find that some of the training videos were a bit too long for the time I could dedicate on certain busy days, so I had to pause and revisit them later. Overall though, the content was valuable and the pacing mostly worked in my favor. I appreciated the way the sessions were designed to be modular, allowing me to pick up exactly where I left off without losing track. The interactive elements also helped keep me engaged. But I do wish there was a little more clarity on expected daily time commitment upfront. That would have helped me plan better. Still, I’m pleased with how well the training fitted the reality of my work schedule and think that small detail aside, it was a positive introduction to the software.
